The house rules.

• →Kelvyr is for lawful business content — ads, posts, reports, designs for a real business you're authorized to run.
• →NSFW, adult, pornographic, sexual, or sexually explicit content generation is strictly prohibited. No exceptions.
• →Every image-generation request is automatically screened before anything is generated; prohibited requests are blocked.
• →Trying to get around the screening — or repeatedly attempting prohibited requests — ends the account.

Use Kelvyr for a real business you're authorized to manage. Don't use it to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, run deceptive or misleading advertising, harass anyone, or connect accounts that aren't yours to manage. Don't attempt to bypass the Allow-approval system, the golden-rule access limits, or any other safeguard — they're the product's spine, not an obstacle course.

The design studio and every employee's outputs exist to make business content: promotional posts, product visuals, stories, reports, drafts. You must not create, request, or attempt to generate:

• NSFW, adult, pornographic, sexual, or sexually explicit content of any kind — including "suggestive" or borderline material.
• Any sexual or exploitative content involving minors — an absolute, zero-tolerance line that is reported where required by law.
• Hateful, harassing, violent, or extremist content, or content that demeans people based on who they are.
• Deepfakes, face-swaps, or content impersonating a real person without their consent.
• Deceptive content presented as authentic — fake reviews, fabricated endorsements, misleading claims.
• Content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights.

The studio makes marketing visuals for your business — a Friday-promo post, a product shot, a story for your salon. Anything explicit, hateful, or fake never gets generated in the first place: the screening runs before the image engine does.

Every image-generation request is screened by an automated content-moderation system before generation. Prohibited requests are blocked and never produce an image. Attempting to bypass, trick, or probe this screening — or repeatedly submitting prohibited requests — is grounds for immediate suspension or termination of your account. For serious violations we act first and explain after; for everything else we'll tell you what happened and why.

Work your employees do on connected platforms — Google Ads, Search Console, any MCP tool — must also comply with those platforms' own policies (for example, Google's advertising policies). Kelvyr employees are built to follow them, and you agree not to direct them otherwise.
