The deal,

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. If you use Kelvyr for a company, you confirm you're authorized to act for it and to connect the accounts you link. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Kelvyr provides AI employees that read your connected accounts, prepare work, and take actions you approve. Anything that spends money or publishes publicly requires your explicit Allow. Because you hold that approval, you own the decisions you make — an employee proposes, you dispose. You agree to review Allow cards before approving them and to use the product for lawful business purposes only.

We built strong brakes — the Allow system, verification, the ledger — but the steering wheel is yours. Tap "Allow" on a budget change and that's your call, backed by our tools.

When you connect Google, an MCP server, or any tool, you authorize your employees to access it on your behalf, within the golden rule: only what your own login can access. You're responsible for complying with those third parties' own terms (for example, Google's advertising policies). We're not liable for a connected service changing, breaking, or restricting its API.

Don't use Kelvyr to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, run deceptive advertising, attempt to bypass the approval or golden-rule safeguards, or reverse-engineer the service. Don't connect accounts you're not authorized to manage. We may suspend accounts that put the platform, other users, or connected services at risk — and we'll explain why.

AI-generated content. The design studio and every employee's outputs may be used only for lawful business content. You must not create, request, or attempt to generate NSFW, adult, pornographic, sexual, or sexually explicit content of any kind — nor content that is hateful, harassing, violent, deceptive, or that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights. Every generation request is automatically screened and prohibited requests are blocked; attempting to bypass this screening, or repeated prohibited requests, is grounds for immediate suspension. Kelvyr has a permanent free plan (one employee, no card required). Paid plans — listed on our payroll page, from $19/month — renew each month until cancelled; cancel anytime and billing stops at the end of the period. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record, whose name may appear on your invoice and statement. If a charge looks wrong, write to support@kelvyr.com within 14 days and a human will sort it out. Fees are exclusive of taxes, which you're responsible for where applicable.

Your data, reports, memory and ledger remain yours. You grant us the limited licence needed to operate the service for you (storing and processing it, generating outputs). Kelvyr, its software, birds, and branding remain ours. Outputs an employee generates for you (reports, drafts, designs) are yours to use in your business.

We work hard to make employees accurate and honest, and to verify their actions — but the product is provided "as is", without warranties, and AI can make mistakes. That's exactly why money-touching actions require your approval and why the ledger offers one-click revert: so you stay in control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kelvyr isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or, during the free beta, a nominal sum). Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

You can stop using Kelvyr and delete your workspace at any time — disconnecting a service cuts its access instantly. We may suspend or end accounts that breach these terms or the acceptable-use rules, with notice where feasible. On termination, you can export your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

If we materially change these terms, we'll notify you in the product before they take effect; continuing to use Kelvyr means you accept the update. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version. Questions about these terms? A real person answers at support@kelvyr.com.
